Sweetcorn from the garden


The weather may be getting decidedly autumnal, but in our kitchen it still feels like summer as we munch our way through the last of the sweetcorn grown in the garden.

Whilst I could eat corn on the cob forever and a day, I’ve been trying to keep things interesting by searching out some new ideas and struck culinary gold with this recipe for Chicken Quesadillas with Sweetcorn Salsa.

This is laid back eating at its best. You almost have to stand by the hob to devour each quesadilla as it’s ready – seriously delicious and definitely worth a try.
